Serenity View is physician-founded and physician-led. Our focus is on personalized care plans, and nurturing the full person—not just managing symptoms. We also maintain a 4:1 resident-to-caregiver ratio during waking hours and on-site medical oversight. Overnight there will be 2 awake caregivers to attend to all needs and regularly check on residents.
We offer:
Assisted Living with support for daily activities and medication management.
Memory Care with structured routines, cognitive support, and a secure environment.
All care levels are included under one monthly rate—no need to move rooms if needs change.
Serenity View is a private pay community. We do not accept Medicaid or long-term care insurance as direct payment, but we’re happy to provide documentation if you plan to seek reimbursement through a private policy.
While we don’t bill insurance directly, many residents choose to use long-term care insurance to help cover monthly costs. We’re happy to provide invoices and care documentation to assist with your claim.
Serenity View is a fully secured, gated property. Our grounds are enclosed, and our home is designed so that residents are safe at all times without feeling confined or restricted.
For families with a loved one who has memory loss or may become disoriented, this is one of the most important questions to ask — and we take it seriously. Our environment is built around safety and dignity together. Residents have access to outdoor garden spaces within the secured property. They are not locked in a room or a wing. The entire home and grounds function as a safe, navigable space.
If you have specific concerns about your loved one's safety needs, we welcome that conversation. Every admission includes a care assessment so we can be confident we are the right fit — and so your family can feel confident too. Call us at (817) 214-5214.
